This Privacy Policy explains how LumaWind ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Zen Puzzle (the "App"), a casual puzzle game available on Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following information:

• Local gameplay information. The App may store game progress, level status, settings, language preference, and similar gameplay information on your device so the game works properly.

We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, payment card information, or government identifiers to play the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only for legitimate app-related purposes, including to:

The current version of the App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics SDKs, and does not offer in-app purchases. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear the App's data, or reset your device. Server logs and technical records, if generated, are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and operation of the App, unless a longer period is required by law. Support messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can control certain information in the following ways:

• delete local gameplay data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings;
• contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we may hold; and
• use your device and Google Play settings to manage platform-level privacy controls.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, or another region with privacy rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law. These rights may include requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction of processing. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience casual puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have privacy laws that differ from those in your country or region. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
